WSI is here for you...

The Watercolor Society of Indiana seeks to educate Indiana residents about the discipline of the watercolor medium through exhibits, juried competitions, classes, discussions, demonstrations, outreach programs, and community service. We encourage all those who desire to grow in their experience, expression and interaction. We hope that you will join WSI and take part in the variety of events and opportunities offered.

Upcoming Events

Annual Membership Exhibit at Gallery Forty - Two.

June 14 to July 26, 2024. Deadline to enter is April 26th. This Membership Exhibit is not Juried. All levels of ability and experience are welcome. Sign up to get your painting in front of hundreds of visitors to downtown Indianapolis. Click here to view online registration and the Prospectus.

Annual Juried Exhibit at Newfields/Indianapolis Museum of Art.

August 4 to September 28, 2024. Deadline to enter is May 24th.  Each member may submit up to 2 paintings. Juror Lynn Pratt will choose 45 paintings to display in the exhibit with a chance to win a cash award.  Click here to view online registration and the Prospectus.


Please note you may not enter the same painting into both exhibits.
