All entries are to be submitted with the understanding that accepted work may be photographed or video taped for educational and publicity purposes. If your painting receives an award, the image will be included on the WSI website. Your signature on the entry form indicates that you agree to the rules and conditions of this prospectus.

WSI will keep a 30% commission. Therefore, please price your painting to include a total commission of 30%.If an exhibited painting is sold within a two month period following the exhibit and IF THE SALE IS A DIRECT RESULT OF THE EXHIBIT, WSI will collect the commission from you. If an accepted painting is entered as “for sale” at a certain price and sold prior to the opening, a commission of 30% is to be paid to WSI.
